It seems something else is causing this as well. For now, please disable the "Unlisted check" setting and/or whitelisting until it is fixed. Please see https://github.com/ajayyy/SponsorBlock/issues/635 for updates.

Old solution:

Add the following to your "My Filters" section:

@@||youtube.com/get_video_info$~script
@@||sponsor.ajay.app^$~script

The first allows SponsorBlock to get YouTube video info. The second allows it to get sponsors from the database.
