Fixes #49 (транслирование комнатной температуры в целевую)
Транслирование осознанно выпилено для режимов FAN и OFF. Для режима HEAT_COOL также было выпилено чуть раньше.
Причина: ломает интеграцию с Алисой. Может и с другими системами тоже.
