Shift the decimal separator (positiv or negativ).
Eg. to move from 'm³' to 'liter' (1 m³ equals 1000 liters), you need to set it to +3.
Eg. to move from `m³` to `liter` (`1 m³` equals `1000 liters`), you need to set it to `+3`.
